Anyone rent an apt in argentina? Anything to lookout for? best place to stay? Time share?

I rented an apartment 2x from ByT in Buenos Aires and they were great. Very honest and reliable. As far as neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, I like Palermo Soho, Palermo Hollywood or San Telmo. Everyone says to stay away from Craigslist postings as it is too easy to get ripped off.
