I saw a friend a few weeks ago who I hadn't seen in about 1 1/2 years. He had lost a lot of weight and I almost didn't recognize him. I ask him what he did to lose the weight. He showed me a bottle of diet pills he had been using. He looked almost as thin as the guy on the bottle. I'm a quite hefty guy myself, about 45lbs overweight. Well I went to Walmart about a week later. I walked past the underwear section and saw a package of boxer briefs and I decided to try it out. When I got home I washed them and put a pair on. Since then I've put on a clean pair of boxers every day but I still don't look like the guy on the package. How long do I have to keep doing this to start seeing results?
