Worm with red antennae?

I was in the shower yesterday and i saw a worm coming through my shower head. It was about an inch and a half long and very thin. It mst have been to get through my shower head! On one end of its body it had red antennae or at least what looked like them. Please help me find out what type of wriggley it is!!!
