I did oral to a guy(bj) and i got tested.. i just have a few questions!?

So a few months back i knew i had an STD, but i couldnt get checked out at the time. But i had met a guy while i had it, and i knew it would be shady of me to have sex with him and give him an STD so i gave him a bj, i dont know if he had anything though.. But i went to the doctors like a week after i had given him a bj and I had that STD & a bacterial infection... i dont know if it was from him or the guy that gave me an STD.. I had heard that the guy that given me the STD in the first place had given girls bacterial infections.. but can you get a bacterial infection from giving a bj? just wondering & please help me! & could i have gave the guy that i gave the bj my STD or bacterial infection? and the STD was trichimoniasis
