I need a fast, easy, safe way to lose weight by September, please help!?

So I'm 15, 5'5 or 5'6ish, last time I weighed myself(Last night) I was 144.4 Lbs(Pounds). I want to get down to around 125 or 126 by September because I am starting high school, joining a modeling class, and getting my belly button pierced. I'm tired of looking in the mirror and just thinking I'm fat. I want to get rid of my fat stomach and thin out my thighs like a lot. Everyday I'm going to write down exactly what I eat, do three laps around my close(where my house is), do 50 curl ups, 25 jumping jacks, another lap, more curl ups and jumping jacks, and before bed do these things with my stomach for belly dancing. But I know all of this probably won't be enough to lose that much weight so could you please please give me some easy and safe tips for losing weight, I don't want to go on any crash diets or anything like that. Oh and I love food and sometimes eat when I'm bored and I need to stop that but I don't know how.
