Special Way to Kill Tribals? Fallout 3 (Read details)?

I just started the point lookout dlc for Fallout 3, and I know I sound like a raging gamer but these tribals have to be the hardest things I had to fight. All of the super mutants,aliens, raiders, enclave, BEHEMOTHS that I kill. And these are the hardest damn enemies. And there just normal humans! their "tribal garm' armor or whatever isnt even that good. They just keep killing me, and I'm wearing T-51b power armor! I went through numerous gattling lazer rounds only to kill a few of them. Can someone help me?
