Viscose Stretch Fabric the same as Jersey Fabric?

Im wanting to make a mens vest and Im using my fabric online so i cannot feel it to see if its right. I want it just in the usual jersey kind of fabric used on tops the thin stuff, Viscose stretch looks right but im not certain anyone helpp? :) thanks
