Why is her death vague and hard to find?

my relative committed suicide in 1993 when she was 20 years old. I know her name,year of birth and death,all her direct family members names,and that there is a scholarship named after her. I went to find her obituary all I found was her social security number. for some reason her record are a bit shady and her ssn is the only thing to be found. And for some reason when I look up her name on the social security death index the other 2 people with her name have something called 'last address of record' hers is blank. Why is it blank and why is it so hard to find information on her?
